It's my life. by GFXPunk It's my life. by GFXPunk
"Oh whatever Josh, I'll be fine."

"I just... don't agree"

"It's not your choice."

"I know..."

"It's my life, I plan on enjoying it to the full."

"By doing drugs?"

"You have to try everything once!"

"But you've done it more than once."

"If it's good you might as well do it again."

"It's not a good idea."

"I do it around my friends, we look out for each other, it'll be fine. Anyway, I have to go. I'll talk to you later man. See ya."

*click and buzz of the phone*

Some people disappoint me.

This picture has very few details, but it is really very expressive, and gives the exact idea.... liked it, i like the kind of art that uses the less details to talk about the bigest subjects.

Hi, I'm Arianna from Italy, I want to ask you a thing: I really like this photo, can I use it to make layout or other graphics?
I'll link you, surely.
I hope you'll answer me ^^

Depends what it's for - is it for a website, for a deviation, for schoolwork..?

Great shot! The grain and the washed out aspect really adds to the powerful statement. So that's what 3200 grain looks like... too bad none of my cameras have an ISO setting that high! A beautiful, if not profoundly sad picture.

The beauty of film... try Ilford 3200 if you ever get the chance, processed correctly it can look gorgeous.

After checking, my cameras are strange in their max ISO settings, though age is most likely a factor...

My F-1 has a max ISO setting of 1600, it was manufactured in 1972
My AE-1 has a max ISO setting of 3200, it was manufactured in 1978
My A-1 has a max ISO setting of 12800, it was manufactured in 1982

It kind of makes sense in that respect. I'll pick some 3200 up some time and see how it flies. :D

Shows you when 3200 film was invented! hehe

But who the HELL uses 12,800 ISO film? 4x the speed of 3200 film.... that's some serious speed... might as well use infra-red by that point.

I don't really know, I've never seen anything above 3200 commercially available. Apparently, the A-1 has the widest range of ISO settings of any 35mm SLR ever produced 6 to 12880 (not 12800, sorry). Yeah, you might as well use infrared! =P

Film goes down to 6 ASA? Bloody hell... I mean... I guess I could imagine 10 ASA pulled to 6 actually... but you' need some seriously good lighting...

Tell me about it, I've shot with some 50 ASA film before, and damn... but usually 100 is as low as I go (as far as black and white is concerned) because the difference in grain is so fine between 50 and 100 that it's negligible.
